Double Barrel Honey Bourbon Peach Smash


  • 1 ounce Double Barrel Honey Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Diced Peach
  • 3-4 large Mint Leaves
  • 2 ounces Your Favorite Bourbon
  • 1 splash Ginger Beer or Seltzer Water


  1. Add peaches, mint leaves and Double Barrel Honey simple syrup to the bottom of a cocktail shaker.

  2. Gently muddle to release the peach juices and mint oils. (Over-muddling the mint will cause it to become bitter)

  3. Add bourbon, fill the shaker with ice, and shake until well chilled.

  4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

  5. Top with ginger beer or seltzer water.

  6. Garnish with fresh mint springs and a peach slice.
*To make our simple syrup, use equal parts water and Double Barrel Honey.
