Double Barrel Honey - Garlic Roasted Vegetables


  • 1 Lb Mixed Vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli, etc.), chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Double Barrel Honey
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tsp Dried Thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste


    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a bowl, mix together olive oil, honey, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.

    Toss the chopped vegetables in the glaze until they are well coated.

    Spread the vegetables on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

    Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and caramelized.
