Double Barrel Honey Mustard Baked Salmon


  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • 1/4 Cup Double Barrel Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh Parsley for garnish


    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

    Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the honey-mustard mixture over the salmon.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.

    Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite side dishes.
