Double Barrel Honey -Cinnamon Baked Apples


  • 4 Large Baking Apples (such as Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 1/4 Cup Double Barrel Honey
  • 2 Tsp Melted Butter
  • 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • Vanilla Ice Cream or Whipped Cream for serving


    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
    Core the apples, leaving the bottoms intact to create a well for the filling.

    In a bowl, mix together honey, melted butter, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg to create the filling.

    Place the apples in a baking dish and fill each apple with the honey-cinnamon mixture.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the apples are tender and caramelized.

    Serve the honey-cinnamon baked apples warm, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
