- 4 Anjou Pears
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Double Barrel Honey
- Sprinkle Cinnamon
- Peel and halve 4 fresh pears.
- Soften cream cheese and blend with brown sugar and Double Barrel Honey.
- Stuff each pear with cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake in a greased dish for 15-20 minutes.
