- 2 barspoons Double Barrel Honey
- Splash of bourbon
- 1 orange peel
- Large format ice
- Orange twist (for garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS:

In a rocks glass, muddle the orange peel with the Double Barrel Honey.

Add the angostura bitters and bourbon, and fill the glass with ice.

Stir gently until chilled and diluted.

If you don't have Double Barrel Honey, you can make your own honey syrup by simmering equal parts honey and water in a saucepan until the honey dissolves.

You can adjust the amount of bourbon to your taste. Start with a splash and add more to taste.

For a smoky twist, use smoked bourbon or a smoked orange peel.
