- 2 cups raw almonds
- 3 tablespoons Double barrel Honey
- 1 tablespoon bourbon (optional for extra flavor)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional for a hint of spice
INSTRUCTIONS
- 
Preheat the Oven: 
 Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 
Prepare Almonds: 
 In a bowl, combine the raw almonds with Double Barrel Honey, melted butter, and bourbon (if using). Toss the almonds until they are well coated with the mixture.

Add Seasonings: 
 Sprinkle sea salt over the almonds and add ground cinnamon and a pinch of cayenne pepper if you desire a bit of heat. Toss the almonds again to ensure even coating.

Spread on Baking Sheet: 
 Spread the honey-coated almonds evenly on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake: 
 Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, stirring once or twice during the baking process. Keep a close eye on them to prevent burning.

 Once the almonds are golden brown and fragrant, remove them from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet.

 Break apart any almonds that may have stuck together during baking.

 For an extra burst of flavor, you can drizzle a little more Double Barrel Honey over the almonds while they are still warm.
