INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Prepare Almonds:
In a bowl, combine the raw almonds with Double Barrel Honey, melted butter, and bourbon (if using). Toss the almonds until they are well coated with the mixture. -

Sprinkle sea salt over the almonds and add ground cinnamon and a pinch of cayenne pepper if you desire a bit of heat. Toss the almonds again to ensure even coating. -
Spread on Baking Sheet:
Spread the honey-coated almonds evenly on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. -
