INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Double Barrel Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

      INSTRUCTIONS

      1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

      2. In a bowl, combine pumpkin seeds, olive oil, Double Barrel Honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Toss to coat evenly.

      3. Spread the seasoned pumpkin seeds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

      4. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Stir occasionally.
