INGREDIENTS
- 6 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 2 1/2 cups Chopped Pecans
- 2 cups Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- 2/3 cup Toasted Wheat Germ
- 1/3 cup Sesame Seeds
- 1 cup Melted Butter
- 1/2 cup Double Barrel Honey
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 15 ounces Dried Cherries
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 325º placing the oven racks 6” from the top and bottom.
- Grease 2 large baking sheets and set aside.
 
- In a large bowl stir together oats, pecans, coconut, toasted what germ and sesame seeds.
 
- In a medium size bowl combine melted butter, Double Barrel Honey, brown sugar, vanilla and salt.
 
- Pour wet ingredients over dry and mix well.
 
- Spread mixture evenly between the 2 baking sheets.
 
- Bake for 15 minutes, stir the mixture on each sheet and switch over racks for the remaining 15 minutes.
 
- After 30 minutes remove from the oven and scatter the cherries throughout.
