INGREDIENTS
- 1 butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Double Barrel Honey
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine butternut squash cubes, olive oil, Double Barrel Honey, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg,salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the seasoned butternut squash in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast for 30-35 minutes, or until the squash is tender and slightly caramelized.
- Serve warm as a side dish or add to salads, soups, or grain bowls.
